Windows Azure Platform

I am trying to find out as much information as I can about windows azure and I kid you not, microsoft azure site just sucks! Every page says the same thing. Looks like somebody just put it together really quickly just to get it out of his way.
 
So I looked and looked and finally stumbled upon this pdf file.
